We will keep on giving much concern to human utilization and to the scientific research in the next period because it is the key of growth and main challenge field toward us. Therefore we will give our consideration to develop and establish universities, scientific research centers, and information assembling and analysis organizations.

We should dedicate efforts to raise, prepare, and qualify human to be able to adapt with his career and interact with accelerated civilization and technological development in all fields.

The National Information Center aims to establish, develop, and manage integrated national system for Information, connect Information Centers in many sectors and coordinate between them through a National Network.
