  The Republican Resolution No (244) of 1998 and Its Adjustment by the Republican Resolution No (412) of 1999  

President of the Republic,

After having perused

The constitution of the Republic of Yemen and the Republican Resolution No. (155) of 1995 Concerning the Establishment of the National Information Center the Republican Resolution No. (72) of 1998 Concerning the Formation of the Cabinet of Ministers and pursuant to The Prime Minister' Offer We resolve the following:

Article (1):

  The Board of Trustees is formed of the National Information Center as the following: -

  1- The Prime Minister                                                                       Chairman

2- The Minister of the Civil Service and Administrational Reform         Member

3- The Minister of The Finance                                                           Member

4- The Minister of The Planning and Development                               Member

5- The Deputy Manager OF the President Office                                 Member

6- The President of The National Documentary Center                              Member

7- The President of The National Information Center                                Member

  Article (2):

This resolution shall come into force from the date of its issue and shall be published in the official gazette.
