YOG/COMD seek your best price offer of Masila blend crude oil  and/or Marib light crude oil  October  2008/ sales  subject to the following :

1. Price : Related to Brent DTD using the Average of mean of five quotations days after B/L date to be both in figure as well as in words.

2. Deadline of bidding :- No later than 15:00 HRS GMT Friday 8th of  August 2008.

3. Please submit your offer EXCLUSIVLY addressed to COMD Director at fax No.00 967-1-443781, but in case you meet any technical communication fax problem, please send your bid to COMD director email below.

4. Validity of offer : 15th  of  August 2008
